Lenham House Benefits From Landscaping Donation

A sheltered housing scheme in the village of Lenham, close to Maidstone, has been transformed thanks to a donation from local paving manufacturer Brett Landscaping.

Refurbishment on Lenham House has recently been completed to provide residents with nineteen self-contained flats, with storage space for mobility vehicles, a comfortable resident’s lounge and newly landscaped grounds.

The outside area has been transformed thanks to a donation from Brett Landscaping which provided 240 square metres of its popular Alpha Antique block paving range. The donation provides residents with a paved area for events, summer BBQ’s and socialising.

Keith Mandy, Regeneration Manager at Lenham House said; "Previously the turfed grounds were inaccessible to many residents who use mobility vehicles. Now residents are able to enjoy the grounds year round. Many of the residents are looking forward to enjoying time outside with friends and family as spring approaches.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brett Landscaping for the generous donation of paving which has enabled us to provide this special place for our residents."

Chris Droogan, Managing Director at Brett Landscaping said; "Community projects such as these are incredibly important to Brett Landscaping. We are so pleased that the donation will allow the residents of Lenham House to enjoy their outside space well into the future."

The products were donated through Brett Landscapin's Love Your Landscape initiative which helps to renovate public outdoor spaces and make a difference to the environment for future generations to enjoy.
